I love all of their sourdough, but these are my favorite. They toast up perfectly, are just airy enough, and the sourness really comes through. For me, I just like them toasted with some salted butter, but I've used jam or nut butter, honey butter (also yummy), etc. They do double-time in our household and get used for burgers and sandwiches too!

We like these in place of buns. They are pleasantly more dense and taste less salty than store -bought english muffins. They have a pleasant sourdough taste. I am always looking for foods I can eat, because I have a severe intolerance to MSG and artificial sweeteners, regardless of their form.
