As you can see from the picture, I am practically done with this package. I definitely should have gotten a second one because this is absolutely delicious! It’s just the perfect amount of sweetness and you can really taste the cinnamon. I honestly am so over joyed that I found this company, because with my food sensitivities, it’s really hard to find good quality breads and pastas that dont make me sick. I’ve longed for cinnamon raisin bread for many months now. I make sourdough every week but do it Dutch style oven so I make the same one each week since it’s known like the back of my hand. This bread is seriously amazing. It’s the perfect amount of sweetness without tasting fake or like I’m eating a dessert for breakfast. I have a 7 month old baby who is starting to eat solids and I feel so good about feeding her this bread due to the quality ingredients. You don't know how excited I was to discover this company and more so - this product! While I've switched to organic sprouted flours, sourdough starter and date sugar, I haven't found a recipe to give me guidance on how to put the three together for a successful Cinnamon Bread. While I'm okay with raisins, I'm so happy this doesn't have it! Anything baked with sprouted whole wheat flour is always hearty, and this is, but it's so good taste, texture and happy belly-wise and more so, its sweetened with low glycemic dates. I love it toasted with butter, and I even tried it with a grilled cheese (smoked gouda - oh, my!) but I would like to make French Toast with it. Definitely something I'd like to purchase again (and again) and recommend highly to my friends.
