I take three thin slices of this cake and heat it until warm enough to melt my vegan vanilla bean ice cream. It’s soooo good. Since the ice cream is low cal and the apple cake has all natural ingredients, I enjoy it as my weekend breakfast with a nice hot cup of coffee. Delicious!

Perfect Fall Treat
