I really liked this bread. I like the fact there was no added yeast as sometimes is found in other sourdough breads. I wanted to try it after reading that sprouted wheat was better digested by the body. I am one who is gluten/dairy free with my nutrition because of a diagnosis of hypothyroidism. This bread did not cause a flare up of my autoimmune condition (psoriasis) when eating it. I am very pleased, and I will be purchasing more in the future.

I was directed to your bakery from watching and reading Sarah Pope's website: The Healthy Home Economist. What a great find for us on your bakery shop. We absolutely love the spelt bread and the wheat bread. My 11 y.o. daughter stated she did not have any stomach issues after eating this bread for either a sandwich or toast. Shortly after our first order we were on a visit to Michigan. We drove around Chicago and passed by Gary, IN on our road trip; I searched for billboard signs or perhaps a large sign along the road for "Organic Bread of Heaven". Sadly, we did not find it. Thank you for making delicious bread! We love it, and hope to be able to travel to the store some time. We are 3 hours away.

I stumbled upon your company while doing a general Google search for sourdough products. This was my best, accidental find ever! Your website was extremely easy to navigate, and my order arrived just as you promised. My whole family has loved the products that we have tried so far which is two loaves of sourdough bread, your cinnamon sourdough bagels, and your sourdough English muffins. I'm so glad I found out Organic Sour dough bread is better than wheat bread. I was really glad to find you and that I was able to get it shipped to me with Ice packs, I'm in South central Texas , and we have Heat wave going on that has been slow to leave. I also love the free muffin you send with my order , they are great ,I don't feel a need to eat a bunch of them . I can enjoy 1 a day , Banana is my favorite.
