Spelt is a healthy form of grain flour that is generally less-allergic than most wheat grain flour. My favorite nutritionist raves about how sprouting grain for baking MAJORLY increases the nutritional value of the finished product but does not taste bitter, but only better than unsprouted wheat.

FINALLY a FODMAP friendly bread and rolls! We made pecan sloppy joes, with the rolls and the bread in the mix and in the sandwiches. AWESOME!!!! This is REAL non-yeast spelt rolls and bread are FODMAP safe, and this amazing baker is the only source we've found. The taste is AWESOME. These buns really deliver. They look somewhat hardcore, but after you've prepped them however you may plan to eat them, they have a pleasant texture with just enough body to be solid but still light/airy enough to not take center stage. I made my own sausage egg muffin breakfast style sandwich with these and was very satisfied.
