This company is truly fantastic! Old fashioned spelt sourdough bread made with the few ingredients it should be is DELICIOUS! As is the variety of breads, tortillas, buns, pizza crusts, sweets, etc. that consumers can choose from.
I am most amazed by the customer service. I received a sweet note to enjoy with my first order and excellent customer service after placing the wrong order and asking for assistance with my cancellation. I am so impressed by how well this company makes their food and how kind they are in delivering it.

These are amazing!! We got these 5 inch tortillas to make mini quesadillas for our daughter for daycare because the other kids have quesadillas, but we don't give her just flour (digestibility). Love that these are sprouted AND sourdough! The texture is perfectly chewy and they hold together so nicely. We keep them frozen and heat up one at a time on a pan. Can't wait to get more.

Sprouted sourdough tortillas! Are you kidding me? ;) These are delicious AND nutritious. My 1 year old, 4 year old and husband all approve. (The 4 year old asks for them as a snack) We recently began the transition to a more ancestral diet and could not be happier to have found Organic Bread of Heaven! These tortillas store perfectly in the freezer and are an excellent portion for one meal plus a couple of leftovers. I just pull them out and pop them in the oven for a couple of minutes and they are amazing. Thank you, so much!
