Another really good bread, but because I'm a bit (understatement) of a clean freak (freak part is spot on) this bread creates more crumbs than the Rye. Flavor could be more sourdough since it doesn't have the carraway and dill seeds to add flavor like their Rye bread does.

The sourdough breads (all of them) are just excellent! I get some of all of them and rotate for variety. I order enough so I don't have to pay shipping and freeze them. The bread still tastes fresh and full of flavor a month to six weeks later. If I toast it when it's frozen it warms it up rather than toasting it and is like it just came out of the oven.
