Used two slice of this white bread to make a vegan French toast, it was incredible. It has a hint of sweetness already in the bread. So I didn't add any extra sugar. This bread is even good as it’s self. It reminds me a lot of the bread I grew up with but this so so much healthier and cleaner ingredients.

It is so difficult to find a true white bread that isn’t loaded with terrible ingredients. This one has a texture and flavor that mimics typical white bread, but without all of the unnecessary fillers and chemicals. I can see this being a great bread to try for people who are transitioning from the typical store brands to more healthful, organic ones.
