I loved the sprouted bagels. The texture was PERFECT and its very filling too. I have gone the last 20 or so years not eating much bread (due to my ignorance about the importance of TRUE, food source fiber) and so I was shocked that 1 bagel held me and did not give me ANY blood sugar drop issues at all. I am thankful I ordered them!
