I love your breadcrumbs! I havent cooked with breadcrumbs for 10 years since I figured out it was the poisons in our foods, particularly wheat sprayed with pesticides and roundup, that was causing so much gut flora problems. I kind of went breadcrumb crazy, putting it in meatloaf, making eggplant parm, breaded cutlets, buttered crumbs on top of a summer squash souffle, yum! No side effects.
