Gluten Intolerant-Friendly Bread!
I’ve been gluten intolerant for 8 years and I struggle with finding good gluten free bread. I also have the MTHFR genetic mutation which means I cannot have folic acid, which is added to most breads. I found this family-owned bakery online and decided it was too good to be true (no folic acid and sourdough with no added gluten) so I only ordered 1 loaf. They shipped to my home in California and the bread was fresh and delicious. It’s definitely not too good to be true!! This sourdough baguette has changed my life- now I can enjoy delicious bread with my meals! No more gluten free junk bread for me... I’m ordering so many more of these! Thank you, Bruno family!
