I used 8 oz of your delicious high-fiber sourdough macaroni noodles and 4 oz of quinoa pasta for this mac and cheese. I used 10-year-aged cheddar and learned it doesn't melt well but tastes great. I really love this pasta, it also made an excellent Hawaiian macaroni salad. However, I really would like actual cooking instructions as I'm always guessing.

I've transitioned to a healthier lifestyle including organic sprouted flours and while I have the flour, it's taking time to learn how to make my own pasta with it. While I improve my skills, in the meantime there is this! It is hearty, but dare I say, far better in terms of both flavor and result (high fiber, gut-friendly). I used a whole package (8 oz) to make a huge pot of chicken noodle soup; I'm looking forward to incorporating this into saucy dishes. I'm looking forward to ordering more and am definitely recommending this to my friends.

These were good! Smelled like sourdough bread, tasted nice tossed with grass fed butter after cooking.

I cooked up some macaroni & used milk, butter, & salt & pepper (my fav way for comfort food). It cooked up just a tad different from our unhealthy macaroni. It took a minute or two longer & my pan took a bit more scrubbing to clean. It definitely tasted good & healthy in comparison. I’m getting the sprouted macaroni products next, & SO thankful for these healthy products!
