Your sourdough pastas are the best. They hold together well when cooked and taste better than others. We appreciate the fact that they do not have eggs in them. We are intolerant of eggs so these are the perfect solution for us.

Bought this pasta on a whim along with the rest of our order, love it!! We have not eaten pasta in many years because we avoid gluten as much as possible, but sourdough is okay with us. Tastes amazing! Made a chicken noodle soup of sorts with some veggies.

I was skeptical but these boil up perfectly. Perfect al dente and any sauce sticks right to them. I was pleasantly surprised. Fewer carbs too and that's ok since pasta is one of my weaknesses. I will be re-ordering and trying other shapes as well. Really good!
