I am allergic to milk ,egg and soy.
Even when breads seem to be safe and there are not many of them I end of being sick from cross contamination.
Things have gotten so much better in the last few years.
Bread is a different story. In the bread section I am lucky to find terrible tasting pitas.
Fresh bakery maybe a French bread but most of them I end up with a reaction due to cross contamination.

I found your bread a week or so ago. I am so grateful.
The tortillas are amazing.

I had a terrible issue most of my adult life with “tummy issues” (namely Irritable Bowel Syndrome). I didn’t have an issue with it as a child and a younger adult so I got to wondering if it was all the mass-produced bread I was buying and the ingredients they now use for shelf life. As soon as I switched to your bread I’ve had NO further digestive issues at all, and it’s SO tasty – the grandchildren all love it!
