Thank you! I’m the grateful winner of the $100 gift certificate. I was happy to provide feedback to a family business that provides an excellent product that meets the needs of so many people for many different reasons. Myself, I can’t not tolerate gluten and wheat. Spelt sourdough bread is perfect for me and delicious. I share with guests and my grand daughter loves when I make her toast (making sure the spread is covering the entire piece and then the slice cut into fourths).
