Baked Macaroni and Cheese
1 8-oz pkg. Organic Bread of Heaven Macaroni Elbow Sourdough Pasta
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 cups milk of your choice
2 cups grated cheese of your choice
1 lg. tomato, sliced
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook macaroni; drain. Melt butter in med. saucepan. Remove from heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to boiling, stirring. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in 1½ c. cheese and all macaroni. Pour into a shallow pan. Arrange tomato slices over top. Sprinkle remaining cheese over top. Bake about 15 minutes.
